About Forward

Dedicated to the city’s development, Forward magazine is a vital tool in Southampton’s regeneration programme.

Issue one was launched in November 2009 and, over the course of 48 pages, provides an informative overview of the latest progress in Southampton’s continued development.

Included in the first issue of the magazine is a detailed look at the major schemes driving the city’s evolution, from the progress being made on the new cultural quarter, to the latest developments on the waterfront, and everything in between.

It also includes features covering a diverse range of subjects, throwing light on the official vision for the city’s future, Southampton’s impressive and expanding cultural offer, the city’s skill-base, and the importance of the city’s visitor economy, its commitment to partnership working, and the focus it places on creating sustainable communities.

The magazine is distributed to a targeted database of local and national residential and commercial developers, contractors, architects, engineers, letting agents, property analysts, fund managers, central government, local authorities throughout the UK, urban regeneration companies and other regeneration bodies.
