Kept taxes flat for FY 2025-2026, stayed nearly $500,000 under the Tax Levy Cap, and maintained a best-in-class AAA credit rating.

Installed new playground equipment at Downs Family Park, funded upgrades at Moses Lane Park, and planted over 200 trees per year.

Streamlined Building Department inspection processes with new technology, upgraded outdated IT systems, and increased code enforcement funding to respond to quality-of-life concerns faster.

Acquired new ambulance and fire boat and enhanced first-responder communication equipment.

Hired two new seasonal officers and one full-time officer starting in the fall dedicated to traffic enforcement. Lobbied for traffic mitigation legislation at the State Capitol in Albany.

Installed solar panels at the Police Station and Ambulance Barn to make them fully carbon neutral, saving taxpayers thousands in electricity costs.

Replaced Southampton Arts Center and Veterans Hall roofs, restored Southampton History Museum exterior, and completed lead paint abatement at Village Hall. Repaved the West Main Street parking lot and rectified drainage issues with bio-swales to catch storm-water run-off.
